Our woodworking module here at the Choice Centre is a small satellite operation next to our professional shop located in the D Wing. Students can work on small projects to complement their project based learning or can use the shop to fix or update an existing project. Below are pictures of the equipment and tools we have available for students to use.
Safety is our top priority! Students will be introduced to the equipment and after a quick tutorial, will have to demonstrate knowledge and safety procedures.

Examples of possible projects are:
-wooden cars/toys for daycares
-Creating and transforming wood products to value add them. Take wood pallets and create x-mas trees, tables or counters.
-Creating the box for video games. This is a partnership with the programming module.
